Introduction/Background Cardiac rehabilitation programmes have proven to be effective in many ways patients with cardiovascular disease. In fact, its implementation has acquired a relevant role the European Clínical Practice Guidelines. The reasons why are successful diverse, including motivating improve their lifestyle. But, what specific aspects keep patient motivated cardiac programme?. Method An anonymous survey was administered who completed programme and were considered by physicians as successul terms lifestyle changes. A 13-question questionnaire distributes (Table 1) baseline characteristics. Patients asked rate from 1 5 (being highets rating) how important each thes items had been motivation. Results 170 questionnaires correct analyzed. Mean age 66+/- 12 y.o. 43 women (25%). mode studies level primary school. Value Question (Q) 5: 4,68, Q6: 4,25 Q7: 4,54 Q8: 4,67, Q9:4,58 Q10: 3,91 Q11:3,962 Q12: 4,58 Q13:4,53. Conclusions Although valued similarly, most popular trust information given healthcare professionals( Q5) importance feeling better improving self-esteem (Q8), being scored over 4,5. On other hand, last posibility having relapse (Q11) impact on social life (Q10) . population fulfilled valuable making them lifestyle, Q13 4,5 (4,53).
